      VENUS reduces calcium and magnesium from water using an ion-exchange resin – minerals that cause water hardness, limescale, and stains on surfaces.

      How much water does it soften between regenerations?

      The device softens approximately 7.4 m³ of water at 10 °dH hardness. At higher hardness levels, regeneration will occur more frequently, and at lower hardness levels, less frequently.

      How much salt and water does it consume during regeneration?

      An average of 3.8 kg of salt and approximately 150 liters of water are required for one regeneration cycle. The economical control system performs regeneration based on actual water consumption.

      Is it possible to use water during regeneration?

      Yes. During regeneration, the system provides raw, unsoftened water to ensure that the water supply to the house is not interrupted
