2. Orders and Delivery

An order is considered confirmed only after the customer completes the payment in full. Payment confirmation automatically means the order has been accepted by the Company.

Delivery is available within Georgia via courier services or through in-store pickup (self-pickup).

Delivery time and cost are determined at the time of the order.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (₾) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment methods:

    • Bank card (via TBC Bank system)

    • Bank transfer

  • The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, this does not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Warranty and Service

  • Products are covered by either the manufacturer’s or the Company’s warranty, as defined in the warranty card.
  • The customer is responsible for proper usage of the product and timely replacement of filters.
  • Service and technical support are available through the Company’s official service center.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order;
  • Be available at the delivery address to receive the order;
  • Follow the instructions for product use.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by improper use of the product by the customer.
  • The Company is not liable for service delays or interruptions caused by third parties (e.g., couriers or banking systems).

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on the website.

8. Intellectual Property
