The combination cartridge brings together granular activated carbon and softening media. The softening media reduces calcium and magnesium ions in water through ion exchange with sodium ions, while activated carbon helps reduce chlorine, unwanted taste and odor, and certain organic compounds.

Defective products or products damaged during transportation can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. An order number and a photo or video confirming the problem are required.
If confirmed, we will replace the product or refund your money within a maximum of 5 business days.
